# FleetLume v9 Validation Report

Validation completed on July 13, 2026.

## Passed

- PHP syntax: all 165 PHP files passed No syntax errors detected in Standard input code.
- JavaScript syntax: all 6 JavaScript files passed .
- Route geometry smoke test: on-route and off-route distance calculations passed.
- Scheduler wiring: the unified CLI runner explicitly loads and executes the trip-monitoring service.
- Route registration: trip monitoring, driver hurdle, and live notification feed endpoints are registered.
- Database upgrade: route-monitor state, trip-event, border timing, and settings migrations are present in both the base schema and installer.
- Role workflow: driver reporting and owner/admin/dispatcher exception-management views are present.
- Notifications: driver, owner, administrator, and dispatcher notification paths plus live in-app polling are present.
- Documentation: deployment, configuration, limitations, release notes, and upgrade steps are included.

## Staging verification still required

The packaging environment does not include a live MySQL server, real Motive/Samsara/Geotab credentials, or a moving GPS device. Before production, verify the migration and run controlled tests for route deviation, route recovery, alert escalation, manual hurdle reporting, projected border delay, missed border arrival, border stop overrun, and browser/device notification permission.
